A men's herbal dietary supplement in gelatin capsules, 60 per bottle. The front label reads "Supports healthy muscle". It is not a drug and not a treatment for any condition.
Who makes SodaPeak?
The label says only "Distributed by : Vitalifes", with no address or phone. No factory is named. This website belongs to a U.S. stocking partner, not the maker.
Is SodaPeak legit or a scam?
It is a real, labeled product sold on eBay with 30-day returns. The weak spots are hidden amounts, no product study, no distributor address and brand badges that do not match the label.
Is SodaPeak reviewed by the FDA before sale?
No. The FDA has no power to approve dietary supplements before they are sold (FDA: Q&A on dietary supplements). That is why the label carries the standard notice that its statements have not been evaluated.
Is SodaPeak vegetarian?
No. The capsule is gelatin, an animal product, and the blend includes orchic substance, a glandular ingredient. A brand badge says "vegetarian", but the label wins.
Does SodaPeak build muscle on its own?
No. "Supports healthy muscle" is a general structure or function statement, the bottle's only claim (FDA: Structure/function claims). It is not a promise of growth. Training, protein and sleep do most of that work.

What is in SodaPeak, and how much of each?
Eight ingredients share 1,200 mg. Label math gives each one a ceiling, not an amount.
What ingredients are in SodaPeak?
Eight, in label order: horny goat weed, tongkat ali, saw palmetto, nettle root, wild yam, sarsaparilla, orchic substance and boron amino acid chelate. See the ingredient guide.
How does SodaPeak's tongkat ali compare with study doses?
Hard to say, because no amount is printed. As second of eight, it can weigh at most 600 mg per 2 capsules, likely much less. Trials used 100-400 mg of standardized extract (LiverTox: Tongkat ali), not raw powder.
How is the label math worked out?
Blend ingredients must be listed by weight, heaviest first (FDA labeling guide ch. IV (blends)). So ingredient number k weighs at most 1,200 divided by k mg. Real amounts are almost certainly lower.
Why is a glandular ingredient in a herbal capsule?
The label does not say why. Orchic substance is a glandular ingredient with no stated source, species or purpose, and no reliable human data support it. Ask the seller before use if that matters to you.
Are ashwagandha or safed musli in SodaPeak capsules?
No. A brand infographic shows ashwagandha, shatavari, safed musli and black pepper, but none of the four is on the Supplement Facts label. The label is what is in the bottle.
Could SodaPeak push my boron intake too high?
Unlikely to be knowable from the label. The chelate is last, so at most 150 mg per serving, and its boron content is not stated. The adult upper limit is 20 mg of boron a day (ODS: Boron).
Testosterone and ED
Does SodaPeak help testosterone or erections? When to see a doctor
Will SodaPeak raise my testosterone level?
There is no evidence that it will. The bottle makes no testosterone claim and no study of SodaPeak exists. A review of 50 booster products found data for only about a quarter of their ingredients (Clemesha 2020: T-booster claims).
Does the name "Test Boost" mean anything medically?
No. It is the brand's name for the blend. A name is not evidence, and the label's only claim is about muscle. Read it as marketing, not a measured result.
What blood test confirms low testosterone?
With two blood tests taken before noon showing total testosterone under 300 ng/dL, plus symptoms such as low sex drive or fatigue (Urology Care: Low testosterone). A supplement cannot tell you your level.
Can SodaPeak help with erectile dysfunction?
SodaPeak is not an ED treatment, and no study of it exists. ED can be an early sign of heart disease, diabetes or high blood pressure (NIDDK: ED symptoms & causes), so see a doctor first.
Should I see a doctor before trying SodaPeak?
Yes, if you take any medicine or have a health condition, as the label itself advises. Also see one for any new erection, energy or urinary problem before turning to a supplement.
Can SodaPeak help an enlarged prostate?
It is not a prostate treatment. Saw palmetto, one of its herbs, did no better than placebo in two large NIH trials (NCCIH: Saw palmetto). Urinary changes deserve a checkup (NIDDK: Enlarged prostate (BPH)).

How do you take SodaPeak?
Is two SodaPeak capsules the daily maximum?
Yes. The label allows one or two a day with an 8 oz. glass of water and says not to exceed the recommended dose. Start with one for the first week.
Should SodaPeak be taken with food?
The label gives no food rule. The eBay item details say "After Meal", which is a sensible way to avoid an upset stomach. The label's 1 or 2 capsule limit is what counts.
How many days of SodaPeak are in one bottle?
Thirty days at 2 capsules a day, or 60 days at 1. That works out to about $0.57 a day at 2 capsules from one bottle, or $0.29 at 1.
Should I double up after skipping SodaPeak for a day?
No. Take your usual amount the next day. The label says not to exceed the recommended dose, and a missed day changes nothing that matters.
How should SodaPeak be stored?
In a cool, dry place, away from heat, light and humidity, and out of children's reach. Do not use a bottle whose safety seal is damaged or missing.
How long before I can judge SodaPeak?
Give it a few weeks and note how you feel weekly. The listing's return window is 30 days, so decide inside that time. See the results timeline.

Is SodaPeak safe? Side effects and interactions
What side effects can SodaPeak cause?
No study of SodaPeak lists them. Its herbs have been linked to stomach upset, feeling hot, lower blood pressure and, rarely, heart rhythm problems (MSK: Epimedium). Read the side effects guide.
Does SodaPeak mix safely with lisinopril or amlodipine?
Ask your doctor first. Horny goat weed and nettle may lower blood pressure, which could add to your medicine's effect (RxList: Horny goat weed) (RxList: Stinging nettle).
Is SodaPeak safe to take with warfarin?
Do not combine them without your doctor's approval. Saw palmetto should not be taken with warfarin, and bleeding has been reported (MSK: Saw palmetto). Horny goat weed may slow clotting too.
Can I take SodaPeak with lithium or digoxin?
Ask your doctor first. Nettle and sarsaparilla may raise lithium levels, and sarsaparilla may increase digoxin absorption (RxList: Sarsaparilla).
Can SodaPeak affect diabetes medicine?
Possibly. Nettle may lower blood sugar, which could add to diabetes medicine (RxList: Stinging nettle). Check with your doctor and watch your readings if you start.
Has SodaPeak been tested for undeclared ingredients?
No test of SodaPeak for hidden drugs has been published. The FDA has found sildenafil and tadalafil hidden in many sexual-enhancement supplements (FDA: X10 hidden sildenafil/tadalafil), so buy only from the listing linked here.
