Supplement Facts
What does the SodaPeak Supplement Facts panel say?
It lists one serving of 2 capsules, 30 servings per bottle and one blend of eight ingredients weighing 1,200 mg. Every other line is filler, directions or legal text.
The numbers on the photo match the notes underneath. Start with number 2: that single blend line is where all of the active ingredients sit.
Tap a number to see what that part of the label says.
- Serving size
2 capsules, 30 servings: one bottle lasts 30 days at 2 a day. The label also allows 1 a day.
- Test Boost Proprietary Blend 1200 mg
One total for eight ingredients. The name suggests testosterone; the bottle makes no testosterone claim.
- Horny goat weed, tongkat ali
Listed first and second, so they are the largest: at most 1,200 mg and 600 mg.
- Saw palmetto, nettle root
Third and fourth: at most 400 mg and 300 mg.
- Wild yam, sarsaparilla
Fifth and sixth: at most 240 mg and 200 mg. Neither turns into hormones in the body.
- Orchic substance, boron
Seventh and eighth: at most 171 mg and 150 mg. The label gives no source for the orchic substance.
- Daily Value not established
None of the eight has a Daily Value, so the panel shows asterisks instead of percentages.
- Gelatin capsule
Other ingredients end with gelatin, an animal product. The capsule is not vegetarian.
- FDA statement
The standard notice: the FDA has not evaluated these claims, and the product is not meant to treat any disease.
Serving
What is the SodaPeak serving size, and how long does a bottle last?
One serving is 2 capsules, and a bottle holds 60 capsules, or 30 servings. At 2 capsules a day it lasts 30 days. At 1 capsule a day it lasts 60.
The label allows either dose: "SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) or two (2) capsules daily with an 8 oz. glass of water." Starting with one capsule is the cautious choice. Never take more than two.
| Daily dose | Blend per day | Days per bottle | Cost per day, 1 bottle | Cost per day, 2 bottles |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 capsule | 600 mg | 60 | $0.29 | $0.26 |
| 2 capsules | 1,200 mg | 30 | $0.57 | $0.52 |
The eBay item details add "After Meal". The bottle gives no time of day, and the label is the source we follow. Tips on timing are on the how to use SodaPeak page.
Label math
How much of each SodaPeak ingredient is in one serving?
The label never says, but order sets a limit. Under FDA labeling rules, a proprietary blend shows its total weight and lists its ingredients "in descending order of predominance by weight" (FDA labeling guide ch. IV (blends)). The ingredient in position k can therefore weigh no more than 1,200 mg divided by k.
| # | As printed on the label | Most it could weigh |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Horny Goat Weed Extract (Epimedium Sagittatum) Leaf | 1,200 mg (and at least 150 mg) |
| 2 | Tongkat Ali Powder (Eurycoma Longifolia Jack) Root | 600 mg |
| 3 | Saw Palmetto Extract (Serenoa Repens) Fruit | 400 mg |
| 4 | Nettle Extract (Urtica Dioica L.) Root | 300 mg |
| 5 | Wild Yam Extract (Dioscorea Opposita) Root | 240 mg |
| 6 | Sarsaparilla (Smilax Glabra Roxb.) Root | 200 mg |
| 7 | Orchic Substance | 171 mg |
| 8 | Boron Amino Acid Chelate | 150 mg |
The panel shows asterisks instead of percentages, because none of the eight has a Daily Value. Research doses for each one are compared on the SodaPeak ingredients page.
The front
What does the front of the SodaPeak bottle claim?
Just one thing: "Supports healthy muscle". The full front reads, word for word: VITALIFES · SUPPORTS HEALTHY MUSCLE* · SodaPeak · ADVANCED FORMULA · 60 capsule · DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS.
That is a structure/function claim. The FDA lets supplements describe a role in normal body function, as long as they carry the not-evaluated notice and do not claim to treat disease (FDA: Structure/function claims). The asterisk after the claim points to that notice on the back.
The blend's name, "Test Boost", hints at testosterone. The bottle still makes no testosterone claim, and no study of SodaPeak exists. Low testosterone is diagnosed with two morning blood tests under 300 ng/dL plus symptoms (Urology Care: Low testosterone).

Word for word
What else is printed on the SodaPeak label?
Directions, storage, a caution, the distributor's name and an expiry date. The photo shows the second side panel, and the table types out every readable line.

Gaps
What does the SodaPeak label leave out?
Three things stand out: the ingredient amounts, the distributor's address and the source of the orchic substance.
Single ingredient amounts
Only the 1,200 mg total is printed. You cannot match any ingredient to a studied dose, or know how much of the boron chelate is boron.
A distributor address
The FDA says supplement labels must name the firm and its place of business (FDA: Q&A on dietary supplements). The label names only Vitalifes, with no address or phone.
Where the orchic substance comes from
It is a glandular ingredient. The label gives no source, species or purpose, and we found no reliable human data on it.
No lot number is visible in the label photos either. The seller's reference codes are explained on the SodaPeak batch verify page.
Other ingredients
What are the other ingredients in SodaPeak capsules?
Seven fillers and a shell: Calcium Carbonate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Gelatin Capsule. They hold the powder together, help it flow in the machine and help the capsule break apart.
- Calcium carbonate and microcrystalline cellulose add bulk.
- Sodium starch glycolate helps the capsule dissolve.
- Stearic acid, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide keep powder from sticking.
- The gelatin capsule comes from animals.
A brand badge says "vegetarian". The gelatin shell and the glandular orchic substance say otherwise, and the label wins.
A brand infographic also shows ashwagandha, shatavari, safed musli and black pepper. None of those four is on the Supplement Facts.
Bottom line
Is the SodaPeak label honest?
Mostly, with real gaps. It lists every ingredient in weight order, keeps its claim modest and prints a clear caution and expiry date. It hides every amount and leaves out the distributor's address.
Clear on the label
- All eight blend ingredients, in order
- One modest claim, with the FDA notice
- Caution, storage and expiry printed
Missing from the label
- Any single ingredient amount
- A distributor address or phone
- The orchic substance's source
Before you buy, check the caution against your health. Ask your doctor first if you take blood thinners, blood pressure or diabetes medicine, lithium or digoxin.
FAQ
SodaPeak label FAQ
What is the serving size of SodaPeak?
The SodaPeak serving size is 2 capsules, and each bottle holds 60 capsules, or 30 servings. The label also allows 1 capsule a day, which makes a bottle last 60 days. Take it with an 8 oz. glass of water and never exceed two capsules.
What fillers are in SodaPeak capsules?
SodaPeak lists six fillers plus the shell: calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, stearic acid, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, in a gelatin capsule. They add bulk, help the powder flow and help the capsule break apart. None is an active ingredient.
Who distributes SodaPeak?
The label says "Distributed by : Vitalifes" and prints no address or phone number. The eBay listing is sold by vita.lifess and ships from Surat, India. This website is a U.S. stocking partner, not the manufacturer.
When does SodaPeak expire?
The SodaPeak label photos show "Expiry date: 07-2028". Check the date printed on your own bottle when it arrives, and store it in a cool, dry place away from heat, light and humidity, as the label says.
Is SodaPeak gluten free or dairy free?
The SodaPeak label lists no wheat or dairy ingredient, but it makes no allergen statement and no gluten test is published. Badges saying gluten free and dairy free are brand graphics, not label facts. Ask the seller if you have a serious allergy.
Why are there asterisks instead of percentages on the SodaPeak label?
None of SodaPeak's eight blend ingredients has an established Daily Value, so the panel prints asterisks instead of percentages. That is normal for herbs. It also means you cannot judge any ingredient's amount from the panel.
Does SodaPeak have an FDA warning on the label?
SodaPeak carries the standard FDA notice, not a warning: the statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Supplements are not approved by the FDA before sale.
