SodaPeak Website Privacy Policy
Sodapeakformula.com is a reading site with no accounts, no cart and no payment form. We keep the emails you send and standard server logs. Orders are placed on eBay, where eBay's privacy notice applies and the seller, vita.lifess, receives what it needs to ship from India. We do not sell personal data. Last updated October 29, 2026.

In short
What personal data does the SodaPeak website collect?
Almost none. Sodapeakformula.com keeps the messages you choose to email us and the routine logs that any web server writes.
You cannot sign up, log in or pay on the site. You read pages about a supplement and its label. If you decide to buy, an order button takes you to an eBay listing, and the purchase happens there.
The site is run by Sodapeakformula, which describes itself as a U.S. stocking partner for SodaPeak. We are not the manufacturer, and we are not eBay or the eBay seller. This policy covers only sodapeakformula.com. Other sites we link to have their own policies.
It is a plain-language draft that took effect on October 12, 2026.
Our records
What does Sodapeakformula.com keep, and for how long?
We hold two types of records: emails and calls you start, and server logs. No card numbers are in either, because nothing is paid for on this site.
| Record | Source | Purpose | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Name, email address and message | Emails you send to [email protected] | To answer you, correct a page or handle a privacy request | Until the matter is closed, or deleted sooner if you ask |
| Phone number and call notes | Calls you make to the order desk | To point you to the right place in eBay or the seller | Until the question is resolved |
| Server logs | Your browser, automatically | Security, error fixing and visit counts | A short period, then deleted or rolled into totals |
| Order-button clicks | The link that forwards you to eBay | Counting how many readers visit the listing | Same as server logs |
| Accounts and passwords | Not collected | The site has no accounts | None |
| Card, bank or eBay login details | Not collected | Payment happens on eBay | None |
A log line typically records an IP address, a time stamp, the page requested, the referring page and the browser type. We do not join these lines into a profile of any person.
Checkout
Who sees my name, address and payment when I order SodaPeak?
eBay and the seller do, not us. Our order links open an eBay listing sold by vita.lifess (eBay), and everything you type at checkout is collected under eBay's privacy notice.
eBay passes the seller the details needed to send the parcel, such as your name and shipping address. On October 12, 2026, the listing showed the item located in Surat, Gujarat, India. That means your shipping details go to a seller outside the United States. Carriers and customs services may also see them, because import fees are due before delivery.
How the seller stores and uses your data is the seller's own handling, within eBay's rules. Ask the seller through eBay messages if you want to know more.
Our policy ends when you leave sodapeakformula.com. eBay's user agreement and privacy notice, linked at the bottom of every eBay page, cover the rest of the order.
Cookies
Does the SodaPeak site use cookies or analytics?
Every page works with cookies turned off. If we run an analytics tool, it reports totals, such as which pages get read and which country visits come from.
A tool like that may store a small cookie or read your IP address to separate one visit from the next. We look at the totals to decide which pages need work. We do not sell those numbers or use them to follow you with ads on other sites.
- Your browser settings can block or clear cookies at any time, and the pages still load.
- Where a state law requires it, we honor a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out.
- Once you reach eBay, eBay's cookies apply under eBay's notice.
Fonts or images served from outside providers also receive your IP address when they deliver a file.
Use and sharing
How does Sodapeakformula.com use and share my information?
Only to run the site and reply to you. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising on other sites.
Answer and correct
Reply to your email, fix a page you flagged, and protect the site from abuse.
Rely on vendors
Our host and email provider store data on our behalf under their own security terms.
Trade lists
No email list is sold, rented or swapped. You get no marketing email unless you ask for it.
We may disclose data when the law requires it, to protect people or property, or if the website is sold. A buyer would have to honor this policy for data we already hold.
Your rights
What privacy rights do U.S. residents have on the SodaPeak site?
Depending on your state, you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or get a copy. California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and a growing list of other states grant rights like these.
You may also opt out of data sales and targeted ads. We do neither, but the request is still welcome. Using a right will not change how we treat you.
Send an email
Write to [email protected] and put "Privacy request" in the subject line.
Name the request
Say whether you want access, a correction, deletion or a copy, and give the address you wrote from.
Verify
We may ask one simple question to confirm it is you. An authorized agent may also ask on your behalf.
We respond within the time your state's law allows. If we turn a request down, we say why, and you can appeal by replying where your state provides for appeals. Data tied to an eBay order sits with eBay and the seller, so send those requests to them.
Health details
Should I email health details to the SodaPeak website?
No, please keep them out of your message. We cannot give medical advice, and we do not need your conditions, medicines or lab results to answer a question about a page.
If a message includes health details anyway, we use them only to reply and erase them when you ask. Reading pages such as side effects or the low testosterone guide reveals nothing about your health to us. Questions about whether a supplement suits you belong with your doctor or pharmacist.
Adults only
Is the SodaPeak website for adults only?
Yes. The site is written for adult men, and the label tells anyone under 18 to consult a physician first. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you think a child has sent us personal details, email [email protected] and we will delete them.
How we protect what we hold
Pages load over HTTPS, and only a few people can open the website inbox. No system is perfectly secure. Never email us a card number, eBay password or one-time code. We will never ask for one.
Updates
How will I know when the privacy policy changes?
We update the date at the top of the policy and in the site footer. A major change gets a short plain-words summary at the start.
Our other legal pages are the terms and conditions and the disclaimer.

How do I reach Sodapeakformula.com about privacy?
Email [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET, or write to 399 Park Avenue, Floor 14, New York, NY 10022, USA. The contact page lists every channel, including the order desk.
FAQ
SodaPeak privacy FAQ
Does sodapeakformula.com see my credit card number?
No. Sodapeakformula.com has no payment form, so card numbers never reach us. You pay on eBay, and eBay handles payment under its own privacy notice. The seller, vita.lifess, receives the shipping details it needs, but not your card number.
Does the SodaPeak website sell my personal data?
No. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for advertising on other sites. We keep the emails you send and routine server logs, and we use them only to answer you and keep the site running.
Does the SodaPeak seller in India get my address?
Yes, the eBay seller receives your name and shipping address so it can send the parcel. The listing showed the item in Surat, India, on October 12, 2026. eBay's privacy notice and the seller's own handling cover that data, not our policy.
How do I get Sodapeakformula.com to delete my emails?
Email [email protected] with "Privacy request" in the subject line and ask for deletion. Give the address you wrote from. For data linked to an eBay order, ask eBay or the seller through eBay messages, because they hold it.
Do I need an account to use the SodaPeak website?
No. Sodapeakformula.com has no accounts, logins or passwords, so you can read every page without giving us anything. If you order, eBay may ask you to sign in or check out as a guest, under eBay's rules.
Who do I contact about a SodaPeak eBay order, the website or the seller?
Start with the seller, through your eBay purchase history. The website email cannot see orders at all. The order desk can point you to the right step, but your eBay purchase history holds the real order record.
Does the SodaPeak site track me with ads?
No. The pages work without cookies, and any analytics tool we use reports totals only. We do not use it to target ads on other sites. You can block cookies in your browser and every page still works.
